Bob Decker has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bob started their career as a Staff Accountant at Peat Marwick in 1982 and worked there until 1985. Following that, they founded Andek Lubrication Systems and served as its President and Owner for almost two decades, from 1985 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Livingston and Haven as the Product Manager for the Lubrication department, where they were responsible for managing the sales force and overseeing installations and vendors. Bob then served as the Director of Industrial Sales from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Product & Technology, working closely with Product Focused Marketing Managers and key resale customers. Currently, Bob holds the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Livingston and Haven, starting from December 2021.
Bob Decker attended the University of Kentucky from 1978 to 1982, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Bob Decker's education history does not include any additional certifications.

Through the collective experience of our sales engineers and application support personnel, we strive to develop answers and techniques to solve the toughest manufacturing challenges. Add our market leading vendors like Bosch Rexroth, Parker and Haskel and we can address almost any motion, maintenance or data integration issue. We also own two retail locations in North Carolina and Georgia that offer our customers the ability to quickly have a hose assembly repaired/replaced or to grab a spare part.
