Janet Marston-McGregor has a diverse work experience. Janet is currently serving as the President of Montana TEXposure and also working as a Professional Artist. Previously, they worked as a Financial Counselor-CAC/SHIP Analyst at Livingston HealthCare and as a Paralegal (part-time) at Anderson and Voyich LLP. In addition, Janet has experience as a Notary Public for the State of Montana and is a member of the National Notary Association and the National Association of Legal Assistants. Janet is also a member of the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN MINISTERS and the Association of Clergy International - AOCI, where they work as a Chaplain/Independent Christian Clergy. Furthermore, Janet holds certifications as a Certified Christian Chaplain and Ordained Independent Christian Clergy in Christian Ministry.

Janet Marston-McGregor has a diverse education history. Janet attended Southeastern Paralegal Institute from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Paralegal, focusing on legal studies. In 1988 and 1989, they attended Collin County Community College for legal studies as well. Additionally, Janet attended Dallas Baptist University in 2003 and Colorado Theological Seminary (on and off) for religious studies.

Janet's interest in theology led their to pursue further education in the field. Janet enrolled at World Christianship Ministries from 2009 to 2012, where they earned multiple degrees and certifications. These include a Certified Chaplain designation, an Honorary Doctor of Divinity, and certifications in Ordination, Pastoral Counseling, and New Testament Studies. Janet also obtained a certification as a Christian Chaplain through the International Federation of Christian Chaplains.

In terms of additional certifications, Janet completed various continuing education courses from Wolters Kluwer Health, specializing in areas such as crisis intervention, hospital safety, abuse recognition, infection prevention and control, and patient safety. Janet also obtained certificates from the Emergency Management Institute - Department of Homeland Security, including one related to the National Incident Management System and another on the Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100. Furthermore, they earned a HIPAA Continuing Education Certificate.

Janet's educational journey reflects their interests in legal studies, theology, and various areas of healthcare and emergency management.
