Martin Cook

Martin Cook has extensive experience in commercial management and quantity surveying, currently serving as Commercial Manager at Livingston since January 2021. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Commercial Manager at Morris & Spottiswood from February 2020 to January 2021 and has a long tenure at the same company, where Martin progressed from Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to Quantity Surveyor, and then to Senior Quantity Surveyor, particularly within the maintenance and M&E divisions. Martin also worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Parker Technical Services from July 2019 to January 2020. Martin holds an HND in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Robert Gordon University, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
