Matthew Fagan

Matthew Fagan is a seasoned quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Livingston since February 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Commercial Manager at Emtec Group and has held senior quantity surveying roles at Imtech Engineering Services Scotland and JGM - John G Mackintosh. Early career experience includes positions at Morris & Spottiswood and McTear Contracts Ltd, where Matthew developed a robust foundation in quantity surveying. Matthew Fagan earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, completing the degree in 2012.
