James Kelm has extensive experience in disability advocacy and training, currently serving as the Regional Training & Delivery Manager for LivingWorks in Western Canada since March 2009. Kelm has also held roles at Inclusion Winnipeg as Director of Advocacy and Advocacy Coordinator from March 2019 to June 2023, and as Residential Coordinator at FASD Life's Journey from February 2018 to March 2019. Prior to these positions, Kelm worked at DASCH Inc. for over 17 years, culminating in the role of Director of Training and Development. Kelm holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Master's in Disability Studies from the University of Manitoba and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from The University of Winnipeg.
