Lucia G. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2003, they worked as a Consultant of HR at Ananda Gestión ETT. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Responsible for the Human Resources Zone at Master D. In 2009, they served as a Trainer for ERP at ASISA before moving on to EFAE, where they worked as a Training Technician until 2011. Lucia then joined Vitaldent Group as a Regional HR Manager from 2011 to 2016. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder at Consulting&Cia and in the same year, they took on the role of Chief People Officer at Livit - Global experts in guest experience design.

Lucia G. completed their Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1998 and 2003. In 2006-2007, they pursued a Master Superior en Asesoria Laboral y Direccion de Personal with a specialization in RRHH from Colegio Oficial de Ciencias Politicas y Sociologia.
