Melissa Brown

Melissa Brown is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in special education, currently serving as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Livonia Public Schools since December 2022. Prior roles include Teacher of Students with Emotional Impairments and Middle School Resource Room Teacher in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District, as well as an Assistive Technology Consultant at Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. Melissa has also contributed as a Technology Trainer and Special Education Teacher of Students with Emotional Impairments at Ypsilanti Public Schools. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with a focus on Emotional Impairments from Eastern Michigan University.
