In 1989 he had very intense participation in the company's IPO process, also becoming a member of the Board of Directors with the position of Vice President.
He is a shareholder of the company with a relevant stake. It owns a total of 125,971 shares, equivalent to 7.56% of the capital stock.

The Company is a parent of Grupo Liwe, a group which comprises such controlled entities as Liwe Espanola Comercio de Texteis Unipersonal Ltd Portugal, Liwe Francia SARL, Liwe Italia SRL and Liwe Poland Sp. z o.o. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's products were distributed through a network of 258 own stores in Spain, as well as through eight located in Portugal and six in Italy.
