Beth Clarkson

Beth Clarkson currently serves as the Leader of Customer Care and Order Management for the Americas at LIXIL, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Beth led the Global Business Services team at Owens Corning from September 2017 to March 2023, focusing on transformational solutions within the Order to Cash function. Previous experience includes directorial and leadership roles at Molina Healthcare, Masco Cabinetry, Convergys, Perot Systems Government Services, and Electronic Data Systems, with a consistent emphasis on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and team management. Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Adrian College between 1980 and 1984.
