Hanseul Kim

Hanseul Kim is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate transformation and leadership in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Officer at LIXIL since September 2014, Hanseul oversees corporate transformation initiatives, M&A activities, and global governance processes. Previous roles include leading the Corporate Initiative Group and Global Process Governance at LIXIL and serving as Associate Director at the World Economic Forum, where engagement with industry leaders was pivotal. Early career experience includes consulting at McKinsey & Company and an assistant manager role at Samsung C&T Corporation, following military service in the US Army.
