Harshvardhan Mishra

Harshvardhan Mishra currently serves as the Leader of Sales Excellence & Enablement for India LWT IMEA at LIXIL since May 2025. Prior to this, from September 2021 to June 2025, Harshvardhan was the Head of Learning & Development at BlackBuck, overseeing the development initiatives for a workforce exceeding 7000, focusing on various training formats and capabilities. Between March 2016 and August 2021, Harshvardhan held the position of Leader of Sales Training for India and Subcon at LIXIL, managing comprehensive sales training and capability building. Earlier experience includes a role as Divisional Manager at Centum Learning Limited and multiple positions at Amway, ranging from Associate Manager Training to Senior Executive Trainer, where training strategies for various product categories were implemented. Harshvardhan began the career as a Trainer at Teletech Services, enhancing voice quality and coaching agents. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Jai Narain Vyas University, an Advance Diploma in Web Centric Curriculum from NIIT, and an ongoing Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD.
