Matt Kuhns

Matt Kuhns, MBA, is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for NPD/R&D/CI at LIXIL Water Technology Americas since June 2017. In this role, Matt successfully leads a team of 18 engineers focused on ceramics and bathing sanitary ware, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Matt collaborates with cross-functional leaders to implement strategic roadmaps that drive growth and operational efficiency. Prior to LIXIL, Matt held roles as Manager of Continuous Improvement Engineering, Project Manager/Sales and Estimating Manager at Girard Machine Co., and Design Engineer at Delphi. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
