Theresa Marcin

Theresa Marcin is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the LIXIL Americas region. Currently holding the position of CFO and VP & General Manager for Specialty Growth Businesses, Theresa oversees four diverse business units generating $250 million in revenue, focusing on strategic initiatives for growth and ROI. Previously, as VP of Corporate Finance, Theresa led the Financial Planning & Analysis for a $1 billion revenue region, while also serving as a key business partner in driving financial results for North America sales in the bath and kitchen sectors. Through roles at American Standard Brands and other reputable companies, Theresa has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Theresa holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
