Khaldoon Alwan began their career in 2012 as a Test Coordinator Assistant at Exceed Language Center, where they were responsible for guiding and supervising placement exam applicants, evaluating applicants' writing competency, and assisting administrators with daily tasks. In 2013, they joined IOM - UN Migration as a Grants Unit Assistant, where they organized and maintained soft and hard files of grant documents and resources, assisted with data entry in grants database, and supported Grants Managers with administrative tasks related to compliance and generating grant documents. In 2016, they returned to Supahands as a Business Project Executive, where they created SOPs and assisted Project Managers, managed the database of clients, and conducted lead generation research. In 2017, they were promoted to Business Project Manager at Supahands, where they planned, maintained, and executed various projects and clients, produced documents, briefs, and reports, and managed the database of clients. In 2018, they joined Lizard Global as the Head of Project Management, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, and Software Project Manager, where they managed projects throughout the entire execution to ensure success, communicated proactively with the involved team to identify problems and implement solutions, and managed project risks and initiated corrective actions.
Khaldoon Alwan obtained their Secondary School degree from Al-Nahdah Modern School between 2002 and 2012. Khaldoon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons) from Taylor's University and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from University of the West of England, both between 2014 and 2016. In December 2020, they were certified as a Scrum Master by Scrum.org.
