Terence Ridder

Terence Ridder has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Teacher of Economics at Keizer Karel College. In 2010, they became a Homework Supervisor of Economics at PIOS Studiebegeleiding. In 2011, they were a Staff Member of Customer Support at Groupon Nederland. In 2012, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Training at Cygnific. In 2013, they were an Internet Project Manager/Product Owner at Blue Carpet, a Scrum Master Course at cibit academy, and an Outbound Sales Agent at MyCall Callcenters. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Account Manager and Project Manager at Emark. In 2021, they became the Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of GrowTribe Solutions. From 2017 to 2021, they were the CEO Asia Pacific and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lizard Global, as well as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they optimized the project lifecycle in a growing organization, fostered a project work environment that promoted productivity, innovation, and fairness, collaborated with the sales department to maintain a large, steady pipeline of full stack development projects, and provided thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on strategy.

Terence Ridder received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2011, with a field of study in Knowledge Management. Terence then continued their studies at VU Amsterdam and obtained their Master of Science - Business Administration in 2013, with a field of study in Information & Knowledge Management.
