Jordan Clark

Jordan Clark, AICP, is a seasoned transportation planner currently serving as a Senior Transportation Planner at LJA since August 2025. Previous roles include Transportation Planner at CDM Smith, where Jordan delivered technical analysis for multimodal transportation projects, and Deputy Development Services Director, as well as Principal Planner at the City of Maryville, overseeing planning operations and compliance. Jordan has also held planning positions with the City of Oak Ridge and Washington County, TN, directing development reviews and policy compliance. As Planning Program Director for the Southeast Tennessee Development District, Jordan managed multijurisdictional planning efforts. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in City Planning and Economic Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics, both from East Tennessee State University.
