Chris Costner has extensive work experience in the field of water resources and stormwater engineering. Chris currently works as a Water Resources Project Manager at LJB Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, Chris held the position of Stormwater Engineer at the City of Monroe, NC from July 2006 to March 2022. Chris also served as the Stormwater Supervisor at the City of Rock Hill, SC from October 1998 to June 2006. Chris began their career as a Design Engineer at HDR in August 1987 and worked there until October 1998.
Chris Costner graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, Chris attended York Technical College where they received an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician.
