Karen van Drie

Karen Van Drie currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at LJB Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Fishbeck Thompson Carr & Huber from July 1997 to January 2025, including Human Resources Director and Vice President/Human Resources Director. Karen began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Meijer in 1996 and gained early experience as a Human Resources Co-op Student at Diesel Technology/Bosch from 1994 to 1996. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Business Law from Grand Valley State University, completing the program between 1993 and 1997.
