Tina Presetnik

Tina Presetnik is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Legal Specialist in Legal Affairs at Ljubljanske mlekarne since June 2022, Tina previously worked as an Associate at SEDMAK Law Firm LLC from October 2021 to June 2022 and as a Junior Associate at Odvetniška pisarna Sedmak from January 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, a Judicial Intern at the Higher Court in Ljubljana from September 2020 to April 2021, Tina's career began at Iskraemeco, d.d. as an Independent Specialist for Law, following a legal internship. Earlier experience includes work as a Legal Assistant at ODI Law in 2016. Tina holds a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both obtained from the University of Ljubljana.
