Mats Hellman

Mats Hellman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries. Mats is currently working at Ljusgårda AB since 2020, where they hold the position of Production Manager, responsible for safety, manning, improvements, and quality in production unit #1. Prior to this, Mats worked at Elektroautomatik from 2018 to 2021 as an Industrial Project Manager. At Volvo Cars, they served in multiple roles from 2011 to 2020, including Project Manager Inhouse rebuild, Project Manager, and Installation Manager. Mats also worked at Projektengagemang as an Industrial Project Manager from 2007 to 2018, where they managed automation, manufacturing engineering, and sales projects. Additionally, they gained experience as a Pre-study Consultant at Hydroscand Sverige, a Project Manager at Nobia AB, a Project Manager at Elektroautomatik, and a Manufacturing Engineer at Swedwood. Mats started their career at Ingenjörsfirma Evert Johansson AB as a Project Manager and SW Engineer, and briefly worked as a Technical Service Engineer at the University of Gothenburg.

Mats Hellman began their education in 1996 at Erikslundsskolan in Borlänge, where they pursued a degree in Elprogrammet Automationsteknik. Mats completed their studies in 1998. In 1998, they joined Dalarna University for a Tekniskt basår program, which they completed in 1999. Following this, Mats Hellman enrolled at Örebro University in 1999 and graduated in 2003 with a degree in M.Sc. Automation Engineer Technology.
