Okanlawon Lekan Jolayemi

Okanlawon Lekan Jolayemi has work experience in various research and development roles. Okanlawon Lekan is currently working as a Research and Development Assistant at Ljusgårda AB, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they were a PhD Student at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) from April 2018. Okanlawon Lekan also worked as a Research Supervisor at AfricaRice Centre, IITA, Ibadan, Nigeria from January 2014 to April 2018.

Seeking further expertise, Jolayemi joined SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in 2018 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy. Over the course of four years, they specialized in Plant Physiology and successfully earned their PhD in this field in 2022.
