Rory Waterman

Rory Waterman is a construction estimator with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at L&K Partners Inc. since June 2021 as an Estimator, Rory previously held the position of VP of Operations and worked as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator at The Bidders Club Corp. from March 2020 to May 2021. Rory's background includes serving as an Estimator at Holt Construction Corp. from June 2018 to March 2020, and a brief tenure earlier that year as Vice President of Operations at The Bidders Club Corp. Additionally, Rory worked as a Mechanical Estimator at Dan Yant Inc. from May 2015 to May 2016 and served as an Estimator at Castleview Contracting from April 2014 to May 2015. Education was completed at Morgan State University from 2008 to 2012.
