Hindol Purkayastha has extensive experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on creative growth and building digital capabilities. Hindol has held key positions at various companies, including L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, where they currently serve as the Head of North & East, leading the creative growth mandate for those regions. Prior to this, Hindol worked as the Executive Vice President at Dentsu Creative, where they focused on building the company's ESG credentials and leading the expansion plans for Ikea India. Hindol also served as a Senior Vice President at Dentsu Aegis Network, where they were responsible for delivering integrated services across a range of clients. Hindol has worked with major brands such as Nestle Dairy, Maruti Suzuki, LG Electronics, and more, and has earned a reputation as a crisis manager for troubleshooting brands in need of immediate solutions. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their role, with a strong emphasis on understanding client businesses and providing effective marketing solutions.

Hindol Purkayastha's education history begins with their time at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya from 1993 to 1996. After completing their schooling, Hindol Purkayastha pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Huddersfield, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999.

Moving forward, in 2020, Hindol enrolled in a certificate program called "Digital Masterclass" at Udemy Alumni, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Following this, Hindol joined the Indian School of Business and is currently in the process of completing a field of study in Digital Transformation.

Additionally, Hindol Purkayastha earned a certification in Digital Transformation from India-EMERITUS in August 2022.
