Amanda Baker

Amanda Baker, PHR SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at LKQ Corporation since January 2011. Amanda has held various leadership roles at LKQ Corporation, including Director of Employee Experience, Director of Employee Benefits and HR Services, Director of HR Services, and HR Manager. Prior to this, Amanda worked as an HR Generalist at Reliance Aerotech Services and as an HR Generalist at LKQ Corporation from January 2006 to February 2009. Amanda began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University in 2018 and attended Austin Peay State University from 1998 to 1999.
