Peter Hamilton

Peter Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Peter currently holds the position of Vice President, Controller, North America at LKQ Corporation, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bridgestone Americas from 2014 to 2021, where they served as the Finance Director for the EVEREST ERP Program and later as the Executive Director of Finance for FSIP. Peter also held the role of Finance Director, acting as a business partner to Bridgestone Americas Inc.'s corporate functions. Before that, they worked at Fiberweb plc from 2006 to 2014 as the Finance Director - US, Controller - Decision Support, and Plant Controller. Earlier in their career, they worked at BBA Group plc from 2000 to 2006, where they held positions such as Controller - Fiberweb Division, Senior Manager - Shared Services, and Group Internal Audit. Peter started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in the Audit department from 1996 to 2000.

Peter Hamilton has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Business, Leadership, Strategy, and Marketing. Peter also holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey. In addition, they have completed an AQ (Audit Qualification) from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), and has studied Accountancy and Business at ICAEW as well.
