Francesca Ragni

Francesca Ragni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Enterprise Applications and BI at LKQ Europe since January 2022, Francesca previously held key roles at Dompé from January 2017 to January 2022 as ICT SAP and Applications Manager and ICT SAP and Applications Specialist. Prior to this, Francesca worked as an SAP Consultant at IBM Global Business Services from October 2012 to December 2016 and completed a brief tenure as a Stagiaire in the Dealer Training Department at Nissan Italy in 2012. Academically, Francesca earned a Laurea II livello in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II' and a Laurea I livello in Ingegneria Gestionale della Logistica e Produzione from the same institution, complemented by a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Leon Battista Alberti. Additionally, Francesca has received training in SAP.
