Kai Berghaus

Kai Berghaus serves as the European Director of Branch Management Excellence at LKQ Europe since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kai Berghaus was with BMW Group from October 2010 to December 2021, holding various leadership positions, including Global Lead for Granular Sales Performance Steering, where a data-driven approach to sales performance was implemented, and Head of Retail Network Development & Dealer Incentive Systems, focusing on retail strategy and cost optimization. Additionally, Kai Berghaus led 120 retail performance projects annually across multiple markets as Head of Retail Performance Market Management and contributed to performance management initiatives as Senior Manager. Earlier experience includes a consultant role at Accenture DACH from February 2005 to September 2010, specializing in corporate strategy and business transformation. Kai Berghaus holds a Diplom Kaufmann (MBA) in Business Administration from Universität Passau and studied at Universidad de Chile.
