Mike Hartson

Mike Hartson has extensive work experience in loss prevention and risk management roles. Mike has been working at LL Flooring since 2016, where they have held the positions of Director of Field Asset Protection & Risk and Zone Loss Prevention Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a Loss Prevention Manager from 2014 to 2016. From 2003 to 2013, they held various roles at Michaels Arts and Crafts, Michaels Stores, Inc., Michaels Distribution Center, and Michaels DC, including Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention & Safety/Inventory Control Manager. Before that, they worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at Wherehouse Entertainment from 1998 to 2003. Overall, Mike has over 20 years of experience in loss prevention and risk management roles.

Mike Hartson obtained a High School Diploma from Hawthorne High School.
