Doug Griswold

Doug Griswold has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Doug began their career in 1987 as a System Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Harris Corporation. In 1995, they moved to Ericsson Inc. as a Software Engineering Manager, providing system level architectural leadership and product level technical leadership for the development of a commercially available indoor cellular system. Doug also had a line management role, overseeing 6 software engineers and a $300,000 budget, as well as a senior staff engineer role for user interface and embedded system development. In 2003, they co-founded Llamawerx Inc., an information technology consulting firm practicing agile methods for business analysis, technology integration and software development. The firm's clients range from small startups to multinational enterprises in the professional services, biotechnology, transportation, security and telecommunication markets.

Doug Griswold obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida in 1987. Doug also holds a Private Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
