Barbara Swartz

Barbara Swartz joined LLFlex as Human Resources Director in 2020, where she is responsible for human resources functions that support corporate initiatives as well as both of LLFlex’s manufacturing sites including its longstanding Louisville, Kentucky plant and brand new manufacturing facility in High Point, North Carolina. Bringing more than two decades of HR experience, Swartz oversees the entire employee life cycles from recruitment through retirement and has held senior leadership roles at Zeon Chemicals, American Commercial Lines and Unilever, HPC.
