Sylwia Baryla

Sylwia Baryla is an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in project management and business development. Currently serving as Product Owner at LLInformatics since 2023, Sylwia leads two development teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of products through lean and agile practices. Previously, Sylwia held roles at Fiserv, where strong stakeholder relationships were fostered, and at Pragmatic Coders, focusing on strategy and blockchain initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Credit Suisse and VMLY&R, managing diverse teams and enhancing project success through effective collaboration. Sylwia's foundational roles in business development and online marketing at KRD Global Group, OM Signum, and Centrum Odszkodowań DRB further enriched expertise in strategic analysis, marketing, and sales.
