Cristina Ysasi-Ysasmendi is the current Corporate Director at LLORENTE & CUENCA SL. Prior to this, they served as Directora Corporativa y del Área Legal at LLYC from November 2019 to January 2022. Cristina designed a rationalization plan for real estate assets and the public sector.

From 2012 to 2018, Cristina served as Directora Adjunta del Gabinete de la Presidencia del Gobierno for the Gobierno de España.

Cristina Ysasi-Ysasmendi has a degree in Law and is a Business Consultant. Cristina also has a degree in Competition Law from IEB, and has taken a course in Public Administration from INAP. Cristina is currently enrolled in a program called "El Consejo frente al reto de la sostenibilidad" at VALORA academy.

Cristina Ysasi-Ysasmendi reports to José Antonio Llorente, Founding Partner & Chairman. They are on a team with Marta Guisasola - Partner & Chief Financial Officer, Adolfo Corujo - Partner & Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, and Juan Carlos Gozzer - Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Latin America.
