Iván Pino, Partner and Senior Crisis and Risks Manager at LLYC. A journalist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility from UNED-UJI. He has more than 30 years’ experience in communication and reputation. He ran the communication department at the port authorities of Ferrol-San Cibrao and A Coruña. He has advised on reputational risk management for such companies as Inditex, Mercadona, Repsol and CaixaBank, among other large companies and institutions.
He is a specialist in communication and digital marketing. He is the co-author of “Keys to new marketing. How to make the most of the Web 2.0" (2009, Gestión 2000) and editor of the first e-book in Spanish on social media communication: “Your communication plan on the Internet. Step by step (2008). He is also a conference speaker and lecturer. He has taught classes in the Executive Customer Experience Management Program at IE Business School, and on the Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication at the Carlos III University, the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Cantabria.
