Maria Claudia Gnecco

Maria Claudia Gnecco currently serves as the Global HRBP Head at LLYC, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Gnecco was the VP of Global Talent & Culture at MAS Global Consulting from August 2021 to April 2023, and also held roles as Senior HR Consultant & General Manager at Grupo ConTacto from June 2017 to July 2020, and at Grupo ConTacto Colombia from September 2010 to January 2015. Gnecco's early career includes positions such as General Manager at Huge, Country Manager & Global HR VP at VML, and various communications roles including Communications Coordinator at the Presidencia de la República de Colombia. Gnecco is an accomplished educator, having taught Social Communication and Graphic Design at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Educational credentials include a degree in Social Communications and Journalism from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, along with ongoing studies in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the same institution.
