Mark Quasney

Mark Quasney is currently the Vice President of Development Finance at Lloyd Companies. Previously, Mark served as the State Economist, Statewide Internal Control Officer, and Budget Analyst at the South Dakota Bureau of Finance and Management. Prior to that, Mark interned at the South Dakota Department of Revenue and worked as a Computer Applications Tutor at University Center Rapid City. In addition, Mark has extensive experience in the US Army, where Mark served as a Squad Leader and completed two tours of duty in Iraq. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration specializing in Economics and Finance from Black Hills State University.
