Scott Blount

Scott Blount has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as a Broker/Associate at Lloyd Companies since January 2004. In this role, Scott represents buyers and sellers in leasing and selling various types of commercial properties, including retail, office, land, and industrial spaces. Prior to this position, Scott held the role of Director of Special Projects at Orion Food Systems from 1993 to 2004, where responsibilities included launching quick-service restaurant concepts in non-traditional locations. Earlier in Scott's career, from 1979 to 1982, Scott was the Hotel Director at Fairfield Communities, overseeing operations of a resort hotel and property management division. Scott earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of South Dakota, completing studies there from 1977 to 1982.
