Donald Logan, CPE has worked as a Chief Estimator at Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Estimating at Chestnut Building & Design from December 2016 to October 2021. Donald also worked as a Chief Estimator - Director of Estimating at Jeffrey M. Brown from an unknown start date until October 2016.

Donald Logan, CPE has a diverse education history. In 1981, they attended Drexel University and obtained a certificate in Construction Management, completing their studies in 1982. Following this, in the year 2000, they enrolled in Eastern University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management, which they completed in 2001.

In addition to their academic background, Donald has also obtained multiple certifications. In 1997, they were awarded the Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification by the American Society of Professional Estimators, which is a lifetime membership. Donald furthered their professional development by obtaining the Green Advantage Certified Practitioner (GACP) certification from Green Advantage, Inc. Although the specific month of attainment is not provided, this certification was obtained in 2012. More recently, in February 2018, Donald became a Procore Certified Project Manager, adding the Project Management skillset to their repertoire.
