The firm is owned and operated by lifelong Tucson residents William E. Lloyd and Bradley J. Lloyd, sons of William H. Lloyd who founded the company in 1969.

The Project Management team at Lloyd Construction Company, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring that all projects meet the company's high standards of quality and safety.
