Jack's legal experience includes roles as a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Associate at PwC, a Legal Clerk at Wooten Law Office, a Legal Extern at LCMC Health, and internships with the United States District Court, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, Shelby County District Attorney's Office, and American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities. Jack holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
