Terence B. Hogan

Driven and passionate about his field, Terence believes that Lloyd Sadd Navacord is unique in that it provides the culture, resources, and trusted leadership that drives truly strategic results – with ability to support global client needs. He learned about the insurance business through 20 years building his career with local and National insurance brokerages. A humble start years ago working for his Uncle and Godfather in a family insurance brokerage. Terence focuses on creating value from the risk management and insurance functions. Growing up in the energy and construction business, Terence provides practical and advisory-based first-hand experience designing and managing complex insurance and risk management programs. Terence continues to work towards his AIIC/CIP designation and is dedicated to continual learning through both conventional insurance certifications, and career wide client learning. Terence currently holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation (CAIB), as well as CRIS and ERIS designations from the International Risk Management Institute.
