Anthony James Folan

Anthony James Folan has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as an Assistant Business Support Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since July 2018, focusing on colleague and operational readiness. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Learning and Development Consultant, where responsibilities included design and delivery initiatives. From March 2013 to June 2018, Anthony held multiple positions at Scottish Widows, including Retirement Specialist, where the focus was on service excellence in the retirement journey, and Complaint Manager, as well as serving as a Lloyds Legacy Senior Customer Service Advisor specializing in life, pensions, and investments. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Manager for the Scottish Liberal Democrats from January 2009 to February 2013. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing Media from Edinburgh Napier University and completed education with Standard Grade and Higher passes at St Davids RC High School.
