Arlene Hewitson-Townley

Arlene Hewitson-Townley has an extensive background in analytics and customer insight, working in various roles within Lloyds Banking Group. Arlene has held positions such as Insight Enablement Senior Manager, Vulnerable Customer Senior Strategy Manager, Strategic Customer Insight Senior Manager, and Interaction Design Senior Manager. Arlene has also worked as a Senior Analyst, providing analytical input for new propositions and loyalty schemes. Prior to their time at Lloyds, Arlene worked as a Marketing Analyst at Halifax and as a SAS Consultant at Base 3 Systems. Arlene holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics from the University of Leeds and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Humanities at The Open University.
