Chandrima Ganguly

Chandrima Ganguly is a seasoned researcher with a strong background in physics and cosmology, currently holding positions in Data and AI Ethics at Lloyds Banking Group and as Research Lead at Diverse AI since May 2023. Previously, Chandrima served as a Senior Researcher at Fujitsu Research of Europe and was a Henslow Junior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, where post-doctoral research focused on early Universe Cosmology and General Relativity. As a Lindemann Fellow at Dartmouth College, Chandrima specialized in Early Universe Cosmology. Additional contributions include involvement with The Rights Collective, addressing gender inequality within the Hindu community in the UK, and research experiences at esteemed institutions like the Inter University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics and the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jadavpur University, complemented by a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
