David Adkins

David Adkins is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in strategic investment management. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investment Strategy at Lloyds Banking Group since August 2016, David has a strong background in guiding investment policies and collaborating with trustees and committees. Prior roles include Chief Investment Officer at The Pensions Trust from May 2010 to August 2016 and Senior Investment Consultant at Towers Watson from February 1998 to April 2010. David began the career as a Pension Consultant at Buck Consultants after joining Willis Faber Advisory Services, which was acquired in 1996. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from City St George’s, University of London, earned between 1985 and 1988.
