Irina Trentea

Irina Trentea is a Design UX Researcher at Lloyds Banking Group since February 2025, with extensive experience in user experience research. Previously, Irina held the position of Lead UX Researcher at Sky from July 2016 to September 2024, where responsibilities included creating and delivering UX research training for over 100 Designers and Product Owners, conducting a variety of research projects to identify user pain points, and generating comprehensive reports with actionable insights. Prior experience also includes roles as Senior User Experience Researcher and Usability Researcher at Sky, a PR and Communications Manager at aql telecommunications, and Responsable Communication at REZOPOLE, where event organization and digital content management were key focus areas. Irina holds a master's degree in Organizational Communication from Université Lyon 2.
