Jake Wanstall

Jake Wanstall has extensive experience in product ownership and customer journey strategy, currently serving as Head and Lab Product Owner for Engagement at Lloyds Banking Group since September 2014. Previously, Jake held roles as Senior Product Owner for Payments Servicing and Credit Card Sales Digital Transformation, where responsibilities included managing the backlog for a feature team using agile methodology. Prior to this, Jake was a Customer Journey Strategist at McKinsey, focused on digital transformation. Jake's early career included impactful experiences as a Teach First participant and a shadowing area manager at ALDI Stores, along with serving in various roles and leadership positions at Durham University. Jake holds a degree in Combined Arts and Humanities from Durham University and has a strong educational background in History, Philosophy, and Ethics, along with Music Technology.
