Jennifer Clarke

Jennifer Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial & Pricing for Merchant Services at Lloyds Banking Group since October 2019, Jennifer has also held the position of Director in Global Transaction Banking. Jennifer's leadership extends to a Non-Executive Director Portfolio since 2004, alongside significant roles in various organizations including Chair and Treasurer at Volunteer Centre Kensington & Chelsea, Chair/CEO and Vice-Chair/COO at Junior League of London, and Treasurer at both Thomas's Kensington London Day School and the London Gallery of Children's Art. Prior experience includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen & Co., highlighting a solid foundation in accounting and tax consulting. Jennifer earned a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
