Joanna Wormell

Joanna Wormell is an experienced professional in risk management, compliance, and legal counsel, currently serving as the Director of Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets since November 2021. Joanna leads a team focused on non-financial risks and provides oversight and pragmatic advice across various business units. Prior roles include Head of Controls at Credit Suisse and Head of Risk Management and Ethics at Bó, among others, with significant experience at Royal Bank of Scotland in leadership positions managing compliance and legal functions. Joanna holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School and a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University.
