Leanne Bayliss

Leanne Bayliss is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in full stack development, currently working with Lloyds Banking Group since October 2024. Previously, Leanne contributed as a Software Engineer at Hive HR from April 2021 to October 2024, taking on additional responsibilities as a Scrum Master for the Engineering team from October 2022 to December 2023, focusing on enhancing employee feedback and engagement services. Prior to that, Leanne worked at BPDTS LIMITED on Node.js web applications from April 2019 to March 2021, and at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Junior Software Engineer between September 2018 and April 2019, developing systems for operational staff. Leanne began the professional journey as an Associate Application Developer at Accenture, supporting DWP's critical Siebel application from February 2017 to September 2018. Leanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University, completed in 2016.
