Lynne Lagan

Lynne Lagan currently serves as the Head of Merchant Services Lab at Lloyds Banking Group, leading product and service innovations for the Cardnet business since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lynne held various senior leadership positions at Clearpay (Afterpay Ltd) from September 2021 to November 2023, including Senior Director of Consumer Card Products, where responsibility encompassed the global consumer card program and in-store operations in the UK. Lynne's experience also includes significant roles at Afterpay in in-store expansion and product program management, along with a tenure at PayPal focused on strategic partnerships and product development in Australia. Earlier career contributions include managing projects at Western Union and facilitating investment operations at Investec. Lynne's educational background includes a Master of Commerce from Swinburne University and several project management and design certifications.
